General Hospital: Sonny Corinthos Targeted
Not long ago, on GH, there was chatter that someone was out to get Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Then, things died down and got pretty quiet — until recently. Last week, the kingpin was ambushed at one of his warehouses. Sonny would’ve likely been hit if not for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).
The shooter was a hired gun, and even mob techie Brick (Stephen A. Smith) couldn’t figure out who the guy was. So, whoever hired him knows what they’re doing, and Brick said they’re extremely powerful, recall General Hospital recaps. Indeed, this sounds like lady mobster Selina Wu (Lydia Look).
Selina Wu Sonny’s Secret Enemy on GH
Selina Wu is brilliant and got close to Sonny quite some time ago. She does everything he asks and never gives him any problems. Plus, she’s proven to be helpful on many occasions.
She even warned Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) when other mob rivals planned to kill him and Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright).
Indeed, she is on Sonny’s good side. However, it may all be a strategy, and she could be secretly working against the don on General Hospital.
After all, working her way close to Sonny is the perfect way to earn his trust and makes it easier to take him down. Selina is no one to mess with, and she can be lethal.
Of course, Selina would love to get the kingpin out of the way and take over his territory. Then, she would be the only mob boss with all the power. Plus, she could bring in all her people, which may lead to a surprising twist…
Selina the Gatlin Boy’s Boss on General Hospital?
Since Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) arrived in Port Charles, it’s been known that he works for a powerful lady mob boss. And he’s very loyal to her. Indeed, there’s a good chance that his boss might be Selina.
She has a very long reach that could easily extend to Pautuck. Mason’s cousin, Austin Holt (Roger Howarth), was also working for this mystery boss, reminds General Hospital recaps. But he wants out. Of course, it’s not that easy.
And when Mason stumbled upon Austin helping Ava Jerome (Maura West), he might’ve found his boss the perfect leverage. Selina may have ordered Mason to snatch Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).
And this could be her way of keeping Austin under her thumb, suspect General Hospital spoilers. Plus, she may want to get Ava on board as well. The Jeromes were once a powerful mob family.
And Ava was a fierce lady mobster also back in the day. So, Selina may want to pull her back into the mob and get her on her side. And holding Nik over both of their heads may get her what she wants.
No doubt, it would be great to see her stop playing nice and go full villain. GH is packed with danger. Don’t miss it to see if Selina Wu is the mystery enemy going after Sonny. It’s sure to be intense.
