Are you in need of something new to watch while you wait for Yellowstone to return with new episodes? We got your back. Fans of Taylor Sheridan’s sprawling Western drama should set their sights on Justified and/or Justified: City Primeval (both of which are streaming on Hulu).

Adapted from Elmore Leonard’s City Primeval: High Noon in DetroitCity Primeval picks up fifteen years after Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) left the hollers of Kentucky. The new story finds the silver-tongued U.S. Marshall in Detroit as he squares off against a formidable sociopath known as the The Oklahoma Wildman (portrayed by Boyd Holbrook). New episodes air Tuesday nights on FX and are available for next-day streaming on Hulu.

What about our old pal Yellowstone? Great question. Here’s the latest on the show’s return

Is Yellowstone on Tonight (July 30)?

Nope. Sorry, partner. We do have a little bit of good news: Paramount Network is airing the eighth episode of the Yellowstone prequel 1883 at 8:00 p.m. and 10:14 p.m. ET.

You can also watch the second episode (“The Beating”) of Taylor Sheridan’s new Paramount+ series, Special Ops: Lioness, at 9:19 p.m. ET on Paramount Network.

How Watch Yellowstone Online:

Finally, individual episodes and complete seasons of Yellowstone are available to purchase on Amazon.

Is Yellowstone on Paramount+ or Netflix?

Nope. The series isn’t streaming on either platform.

When Does Yellowstone Return With New Episodes?

I wish I knew. In January, it was announced that the final six episodes of this iteration of the series were set to debut this summer. That obviously didn’t happen. Back in May, Deadline reported that Paramount Network was eyeing a November 2023 release date.

Due to the writers’ strike and ongoing behind-the-scenes turmoil, November always seemed aspirational at best, with The Hollywood Reporter even noting back in June that a November 2023 return seemed “highly unlikely.” That date appears even less likely when you factor in the SAG-AFTRA strike.

The situation remains in flux, but, unfortunately, we don’t expect new episodes of Yellowstone to air on Paramount Network anytime soon.
