As expected, Victor is even more ruthless now, and fans are set up for a startling climax with Helena playing a crucial role. Considering Victor’s evil deeds, we already know there will be no satisfying end for him other than his death.
While Helena’s role is still vague, we eagerly await to see her come back, and the possibilities are endless. From a miraculous return to a ghostly apparition, anything is possible in the world of GH. One thing is for sure; Helena’s return could be just a comedic taunt for Victor on his way to suffering for all eternity. Still, when Helena gets to put an end to Victor’s life, it will all be worth it.

Could this really be the end all be all end of sick Vic? If it is, it’s fun to picture Helena haunting him and belittling him in his final hours before guiding him to the fiery underworld. This could be Helena’s last laugh -– or maybe she has more tricks up her sleeve if we finally get to hear the rest of that tape from Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) memorial service.

Victor’s days are running out, with Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) undying hatred for him growing more with each passing day. While presumed deaths keep characters’ stories alive, this might not be the case for Victor. Will Victor meet the same fate as Helena once did? And if he does, Helena might appear to him, needling at him in his final moments. In that case, it looks like Helena would finally get the last laugh, and Victor’s lifeless body would be the punchline.
