Yellowstone fans rage over season 5 teaser’s missing detail
Although Yellowstone's season five teaser provided major insight into the instalment, fans took to the comment section in droves of anger.
Paramount Plus’ hit western drama Yellowstone took viewers by storm after it first premiered in 2018.
The drama gained a loyal following of over 10 million viewers who were enthralled by its gripping storyline.
This was the case for season five after its double-episode premiere smashed rating records and drew in an impressive 12.1 million viewers.
Yellowstone’s impact was also reflected during the recent award season as the show secured massive wins.
Despite its apparent demand, fans have become increasingly enraged at the extended wait for season five, part two.
Following its midseason finale in January, there have been uncertain reports surrounding the future of the show and rumours of Kevin Costner’s exit.
Although the show posted an insider clip about its use of helicopters, viewers took to the comments and demanded a release date for the rest of season five.
During the teaser, the director and executive producer Stephen Kay excitedly shared: “We’ve got lots of helicopters this season.”
He listed: “We’ve got helicopters who are chasing bad guys, we got helicopters delivering the President, we got helicopters who are protecting the President, Black Hawks coming into the res, amazing.”

The stars of Yellowstone also made an appearance in the clip as Kayce Dutton’s Luke Grimes remarked: “Those scenes look amazing.”
While Rip Wheeler star Cole Hauser laughed: “I f******g love that.”
Despite the detailed insight into the makings of season five, viewers took the comments with fury and all said the same thing.
A fed-up @stitchera asked: “Awesome… but when is Yellowstone coming back????”
@iain.inoz raged: “Stop posting Yellowstone content when the show is dead in the water. It’s just mean.”
As a third fan @yasmine_jen23 pleaded: “Season 5 please it’s been too long.”
