Kevin Costner’s estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, said she’s willing to vacate the plush mansion she previously shared with the actor, but only on one condition.

The handbag designer has been holed up at the $145 million property — despite their long-standing prenup detailing that she had 30 days to vacate their home after she filed for divorce on May 1.

After weeks of legal back and forth, Baumgartner now says she will leave the estate if the actor coughs up more money to guarantee that she won’t be left penniless, according to court documents obtained by Radar Online.

The 49-year-old wants the “Yellowstone” actor, 68, to agree to pay any support fees that the judge orders him to at an upcoming hearing.

Baumgartner says she will leave the premises on August 31, 2023, if Costner complies “with whatever support and fee orders that the court makes on July 12” — the hearing date in their divorce proceedings, the outlet reported.

The proposal means she will have 50 days to pack up and find a new home.

The mom of three said she was hesitant to leave the home the pair once shared without having a structure of finances in place, and says it’s not fair on the couple’s three children, Cayden Wyatt, 15, Hayes Logan, 14, and Grace Avery, 13, to have to move several times.

In her filing, Baumgartner claims that the actor “wants me to rent [a] place without [a] financial plan in place. However, [I] have our three children to think about. It is contrary to their best interests to commit to rental that [I] may not be able to afford, particularly as that would ultimately lead to multiple relocations.”

“My goal has been and continues to be maintaining as much stability for our children as possible, which includes having the proper resources and plan in place so that [I] can establish [a] stable home for them, rather than making temporary and inconsistent housing arrangements,” she went on, according to Radar Online.

It was previously reported that Costner had allegedly already given Baumgartner over $1.2 million for his prenuptial obligations.

Per documents obtained by TMZ, Costner claimed that he is willing to “contribute as part of his child support obligations $30K per month for a rental house and is willing to advance another $10K for her moving costs.”

Last month, Baumgartner filed for divorce from Costner after 18 years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Baumgartner asked for joint custody of their three kids in her filing. However, she did not ask for spousal support.
