The patriarch of Sister Wives Kody Brown has been anything but loving to his large polygamous family in recent months, leaving some of his children feeling ignored. In a year, Kody’s first three wives, Meri, Janelle, and Christine Brown, all decided to cut ties with the father of 18. Since the breakups, Kody has been concentrating on himself and his favorite wife, Robyn Brown.
When Sister Wives‘ Kody Brown and his four wives were first introduced to TLC, Kody was trying to share that their unconventional lifestyle wasn’t all that different, with multiple children and spouses to tend to. Kody shared that he loved his lifestyle on Sister Wives, noting love should be multiplied, not divided. However, over the years, as his children grew up and formed opinions of their own, the family dynamic changed. It became quite clear that Kody didn’t like when anyone spoke out against him, as it often caused rifts within the large family unit.

As the latest season of Sister Wives ended, Reddit users have started rewatching the series from the beginning. Due to this, a lot of Kody’s quirks and embarrassing moments have been pointed out, especially regarding his temperament toward his older children. U/FaranBalanced shared via a Reddit thread that it was interesting to note Robyn’s take on his relationships. The fan wrote that according to Robyn, if a family member didn’t show Kody enough affection, “Kody will ditch you… and that goes for the kids, too!
